Platte Valley Theatre Arts, is excited to announce auditions for our fall musical, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim.

Submit your audition for The Last Five Years
Platte Valley Theatre Arts (PVTA) is excited to announce auditions for our winter musical, The Last Five Years written and composed by Jason Robert Brown.
Performing January 29/30 & February 5/6 at the Armory Performing Arts Center in Brighton, CO.

Initial Auditions will be VIRTUAL SUBMISSIONS ONLY. There will be no in-person initials. See below for submission guidelines and directions.

Callbacks will be by invitation only and IN-PERSON. In-person Callback date/time is to be determined in Brighton, CO. Callback materials provided at a later date
VIRTUAL INITIAL AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:

Submit your virtual audition via THIS FORM no later than October 12.

Submissions received after this date will not be accepted.

Your virtual audition should include:

TWO music selections from The Last Five Years found HERE (Required)

16-32 bars of a song in the style of the show (Optional)

DO NOT email your virtual audition directly to PVTA or any member of the production team. Submissions will only be accepted through the form linked above.

Questions should be submitted to info@plattevalleytheatrearts.org only.
PVTA is a non-professional community theatre and cannot provide AEA Contracts. But PVTA is able–with generous sponsorships/grants–to provide stipends to performers. The stipend for performers in this show will range from $800-$1200 depending on ticket sales.
